Hello World>>>>
Hello! I am Eric Wyatt, a 29 year old photography student who loves art of all forms. My love for art is what lead me to my photography journey. I am a invested individual and whatever i do i apply myself 100% if not more. My interest in photography includes landscape, the odd shot, HDR photography and recently telling stories with photography. To me photojournalism is telling a story with one photograph or a sequence of photographs and can also be a photographer telling a story with a photograph that has already been stated in words by a journalist. Something that i took from my most recent photojournalism class is photography is not only about what you use to fill the frame but what you choose to exclude from the frame. If you choose to take a picture of a object in a room from 15 feet away you are telling the story of what is in that room. If you do a close up of that object with a soft blur on the background then it becomes the story of that object and that. So, make sure you are paying attention to what you are actually seeing that is so great or that draws you to that shot. Take lots of photos and lots of exposures give yourself options. The details matter. I am looking forward to digging deeper into the world of photojournalism.
